FAQ

My package is late or it never showed up, is there anything you can do?

I do my best to send packages out in a timely manner, but once a package leaves my hands I have the same control as you do over what happens next. Which is to say that we are all at the whim of the US Postal Service. Please send packages to a safe location, I am not responsible for lost of stolen packages.

I ordered a ring and I got the ring size wrong, is there anything you can do?

Please check and double check your ring size before you purchase. If you need suggestions about how to do so please contact me. Due to the intricate nature of most of the rings I make, resizing requires the the ring to be fully dismantled and put back together again. Please keep this in mind when asking for a resize, and understand that I will charge a $30 dollar fee for all resizing, and in some cases it will simply not be possible.

Are these items mass produced?

Definitely not, all these items start as a flat sheet of silver, and are hand formed and finished into their final state with my own two hands. Because of this, items will vary from piece to piece, nor are they perfect. While handmade jewelry is not for everyone, it is my hope that each little imperfection will add something special to each piece, inevitably making them more unique.

How long is handling time?

I aim to ship every order out between 1-4 business days from when it is ordered. I live in a very remote area, and sometimes this is not possible. Whenever that is the case I will do my best to notify customers via the announcement bar at the top of the page. Thank you for your understanding!

What if I need to return items for any reason?

As a small business I cannot accept returns, unless the item is damaged or wanty within a reasonable amount of time from purchase. I do aim to have 100% satisfied customers, so please send me an email at cheyenne@wildexpanse.com and we will sort out something that works for you.

How do I take care of my Turquoise Jewelry Piece?

Turquoise is a porous stone, and as such it can change color when exposed to water and oils and such. I would advise taking it off before showering, swimming in pools or hot springs.

How do I care for my Silver Jewelry?

Every piece I make has a satin finish (as opposed to high shine), made for every day wear. While there is a polishing clothes and solutions you can use to clean silver, it could ruin the patina and finish of the piece.
